There is an angel walking beside me
i wonder what he wants
he smiles and shows such strength and glee
but says not a word or taunt
a cross draped around his neck
a tag saying "from god, to you"
he speaks to me and quietly says"
i am ur guardian angel
sent from up above,
here to guide and show you
all of His mighty love.
now take me with you always
to spread god's loving word
i will give you strength
like you never thought i could
so remember this,
that god loves you
and will be your light and love
so be his light and shine for him

show them what i have shown you
show them allhis love and compassion
that god has given to you!
